Food and drink
Sip something cool or frozen, such as ice water to ease the pain. Some drinks like milk coat your mouth with a layer that provides relief for sensitive teeth issues (sugarless gum can also be beneficial). Foods like yogurt, popsicles/ice cream will help heal faster than hot spicy dishes – so if you have no other choice in what kind of food they should eat while healing!
