Saliva is the fluid produced by your salivary glands located at the back of mouth. It’s important for keeping you and teeth healthy, as well it helps cleanse our meals with its cleaning power! Salivas also thickens speech so we can chew food better; however if there isn’t enough saliva in this area then several signs may happen such dryness/sticky feeling inside ones’ throat resulting from lack or moisture which causes bad breath (halitosis), difficulty chewing things carefully due to pain caused because certain muscles aren’t working properly making swallowing more difficult
