Some of these symptoms could last 48 hours after you stop taking the glutathione supplements.
So how much glutathione do I really need each day to safely whiten my skin? Manufacturers of intravenous glutathione injections recommend a dose of 600–1200 mg for skin lightening, to be injected once to twice weekly. Intravenous injection allows for quicker delivery of the substance directly to the tissues where it can do the most good.
It’s best to talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement regimen. Although glutathione is generally safe when taken by itself, you may want to consult a doctor first if you have certain medical conditions or take prescription medications.
