When you are relaxed and happy, your body produces endorphins, dopamine and oxytocin which help to increase libido and improve overall health. These chemicals work together to create a feeling of happiness and well being and allow you to achieve better orgasms. According to Dr Jenson, 7 out of 10 people say that masturbation makes them feel good.
Improving Mood & Confidence Levels
For girls, masturbation can play an important role in developing healthy relationships. Research suggests that women who masturbate consistently are happier and confident in bed.8

Studies also suggest that teens who masturbate are more likely to use condoms correctly and consistently.10 Masturbation can help reduce anxiety and shyness while increasing self esteem.
Teens need to be taught about masturbation early on in order to prevent any problems later down the line. Parents, teachers and peers need to understand the importance of teaching kids how to masturbate safely.
