Drinking soda or other carbonated beverages also keeps stomach acids working overtime just when we need them most!

When carbohydrates aren’t broken down in the body, they can get stuck undigested. This leads to gut bacteria fermentation which gives off gas and causes bloating of your stomach!

Whole grains such as wheat and oats contain fiber, raffinose molecules that are broken down by bacteria in your large intestine. This leads to gas!
Why Does Rice Make Me Bloated
There’s a good chance you’re constipated because white rice removes all the fiber and nutrients from brown. But, if it helps relieve your symptoms then go for what is considered healthier but still rich in carbs – cooked or raw varieties!
