Why Do We Brush Our Teeth
If you want to prevent cavities, the most important thing is removing plaque. This happens when bacteria are too thick on your teeth and they stick out like spikes; it’s not pretty! The best way I’ve found for keeping my pearly whites clean (and away from any harmful acids) has been brushing twice per day with fluoride toothpaste plus regular use of dental floss or an accepted alternative method such as using simple picks made specifically for cleaning between each individual tooth where there’s no brush
Why You Shouldn T Use Fluoride Toothpaste
The product label advises calling the poison control center if a child sucks on more than one pea-size amount of toothpaste. This is because fluoride causes cancer as well as brittle bones and dental fluorosis (white spots on teeth). It can also lead to neurological impairment!
